When can I expect a reply?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. We will answer messages received on weekends, public holidays, or outside our operating hours as quickly as possible on the next business day.

Yes. We ship across the United States and to most international destinations. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days within the United States and 7–11 business days for international orders. Shipping is a flat $5.99 with tracking included on every order.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our menu to follow your parcel in real time.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details are available at https://markandrebels.com/policies/refund-policy.

Please email support@markandrebels.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
