Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders at Mark & Rebels are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 5 PM EST are processed the same day where possible; orders placed after that time are processed the next business day. Orders may take slightly longer during peak periods or if additional information is required (e.g., incomplete payment or missing shipping details). If we need anything from you, we'll reach out via email before shipping.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 5 to 9 business days after processing.
International: 7 to 11 business days after processing.
Estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary during peak periods.

International: $5.99 Tracked Shipping
Domestic shipping applies only to the United States; all other destinations ship as international.
Every order ships with a tracking number.
TAXES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Placing an order with us does not cover any customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs authority before ordering. Mark & Rebels cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Track your order anytime from the Track Your Order page in our menu. To track, enter your Order Number and the Phone Number used at checkout, or your Tracking Number from your shipping confirmation email.
MISSING ITEMS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived: check with neighbors, roommates, or your building's front desk, and review your tracking link for delivery notes. Still missing? Contact us at support@markandrebels.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, email support@markandrebels.com immediately. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been sent to fulfillment. If the order has shipped, you can return it per our Return Policy once it arrives.
